好奇想聽聽巨巨們使用hammer strength 這類雙邊獨立掛槓片機械的方式,在訓練胸背時
是習慣左右手分次操作,還是雙手同時操作?
我自己感覺上左右手獨立操作似乎更能專注在肌肉的收縮上,整個動作range好像也比雙
手同時操作來的大。
