如題
現在用慢跑搭配在家徒手重訓(+壺鈴)的方式訓練自己
不過有時候遇到天氣不好就沒辦法出去跑
(不喜歡跑健身房的機器、沒fu)
只能在家自己來
其實做HIIT已經有一段時間了
我知道一般推薦的方式都是用衝刺跑+慢走的搭配
可我幾乎都是在家裡做
不知道大家還有沒有推薦的動作?
我想動作不要多、最多一兩種搭配著交互做就好
我自己是用開合跳20sec+休息10sec的loop做20組(10min)
可是昨天很蠢的在瑜伽墊上跳到差點起水泡...因為我赤腳跳XD
請問大家有什麼建議嗎?
