之前是一個禮拜跑四或五天
45min的有氧慢跑 但現在改成HIIT
一個禮拜一次 (版上建議)
但這樣會不會降低減脂效率 (好像有點少..)
其實可以增加到一禮拜三到四次
有運動習慣三四年了~不知道大家有沒其他建議
