慢跑or騎X-bike? - 健身

大約今年五月份開始慢跑,通常都是晚上六點到七點左右去跑,
到了八月初因為工作時間轉變的關係,晚上工作要到十點左右才下班,
回到家後已經十一點多了,前陣子還是會去慢跑,晚上跑起來其實滿舒服的,
但因為慢跑的地方夜間常常有怪人出現,所以跑起來有點怕怕的,
想說改為每天騎X-bike,但如果以有氧運動來說,
是騎X-bike比較好,還是慢跑比較好?
