目前需通過一個體能測驗,女生一分鐘標準姿勢需達30下以上,我目前都卡在26~28/min之間,且最後幾下都會沒漸漸沒力而起不來,有看過人家說可以挺腰,藉著反彈的力量,但我還是抓不到那竅門><第二下之後腰就完全平了哪有挺腰的可能...
我目前是一三五練習,每天練三次,每次至少20做起,不敢天天練,老師說過要有48小時讓肌力恢復...
請幫幫我!考試快到了我好緊張~
