請問跳繩要如何規劃?
看到資料我得到的結論是
10s 全力跳
20s 減速慢慢跳
10s 全力跳
20s 減速慢慢跳
持續20-30分鐘
不知道方法正不正確,因為我很怕運動傷害,所以想請大家給點意見
