但不知道是否因為剛吃完飯半小時後就量以及生理期剛好來的問題體脂滿高的(不知道有
沒有關聯)

早餐:
火腿蛋餅*1
荷包蛋*2
中冰奶*1
午餐:
午餐大部分是吃家裡煮的,家裡煮什麼就吃什麼
白飯半碗
青菜約100g
蛋或肉
運動完
戰神乳清*1
晚餐:
水煮蛋*2
水果*1
運動習慣:
運動新手剛開始運動三個禮拜
目前一個禮拜最少會去三天健身房,運動時間大約是一天重訓一個小時+20分鐘有氧,一
天重訓一個部位,有氧大多是交叉滑步機
胸*1小時+交叉滑步機20分鐘
背*1小時+交叉滑步機20分鐘
腿*1小時+交叉滑步機20分鐘
我的問題是:
目前我都是吃到基礎代謝率的熱量,但因為我想增肌,是否要提高熱量呢?蛋白質有時候
會吃不足到體重*1.5是否會影響到肌肉合成呢?
