本人超級肥宅,懶很久沒運動了!累積了很多肥肉
最近真的下定決心要來減肥~ 慢慢還債QQ
會想去健身房是想要一次把運動模式養好
而且覺得重訓對減肥沒什麼壞處,又可以增加效益
另外我膝蓋不好,超討厭跑步的!
這也是讓我想要上健身房請教練指導的原因之一
之前在家跳有氧舞蹈,隔天膝蓋超不舒服
~~~以下正文~~~
想請問各位前輩們,一開始上健身房有請教練嗎?
會建議新手要給教練帶嗎?
如果沒請教練,那是如何知道自己的姿勢正不正確?
還有訓練菜單是自己排嗎?
再偷偷問個,有種健身的app
就是一週一份菜單然後要跟著做
這種標榜新手也可以~ 但沒有教練指導真的沒問題嗎?
