我看網路上的資料,
牛奶饅頭 芋香饅頭, 熱量都比白饅頭還低,
請問是為什麼呢?
一直以為有調味的饅頭熱量才是比較高的...
那如果想減重, 反而是吃有調味的饅頭比較適合囉?
PS.我是都會夾蛋. 因為吃過早餐後就會去重訓
