天王王力宏近來登上《時尚健康Men’s Health》雜誌封面,展露精實腹肌,讓網友看了
口水直流,保養得宜的他也大方分享如何保持體態。
照片中,王力宏擁有精壯手臂,明顯的胸肌、腹肌和人魚線,微微露出內褲頭,性感指數
破表,戴著拳擊手套的他更添男人味。
其實在6月《龍的傳人2060》台北站的慶功宴上,王力宏便透露體脂肪從年初的11下降到
10,這期間只吃雞胸肉和花椰菜,幾乎天天健身,「我健身的節奏是早上做重訓1小時、
晚上做有氧1小時,第一天練胸和三頭肌,第二天就會是背和二頭肌,第三天改練腿和肩
膀,第四天休息,讓肌肉恢復。」他持之以恆,找回6塊腹肌,「周圍多了好幾塊,總共
變成14塊了!」
王力宏認為,「肌肉不用大塊,但是線條要明顯要好看。」年輕時打橄欖球,為了強壯便
透過大吃增重,但踏入歌壇後剛好相反,得透過保持好身型和體力,在長達3小時的演唱
會上又唱又跳。近幾年他更接觸太極,發現太極和唱歌很像,「你必須很自如,有時候要
很柔順、有時卻要很有力道,這都和你的氣和經絡有關。」
「而且一個真正好的聲音,自由自在的聲音,就跟太極高手一樣,所有的動作都是最有效
率的,是最舒服的!」現在王力宏每次開唱前,都會做太極暖身,讓自己身體的悟性提高
,以至於開唱時每一個步伐、身體每一個警戒都能了然於心,「歌手如同運動員,必須避
免身體受傷,因為隔天還要演出。」
