如何增加斜方的負重能力(容易酸) - 健身

各位版友好:
小弟原本是個100kg的胖子,接觸重訓以及登山並且搭配飲食,目前已經瘦到 84kg 左右
體力部分深蹲可以 80kg 8RM,一些緩坡可以小跑步上去也不會覺得特別累
可是有個問題一直困擾我,上半身的負重能力不好
背包上肩剛開始不太會累,可是隨著時間拉長我的上斜方會非常痠痛,
然後整個人就會覺得非常累跟喘
揹 8kg 無負重系統(腰帶)的背包陡上50m就可以把我整個心肺拉爆
請問該如何強化這個位置呢?
