今天晚上在等TRX上課時,在朝馬運動中心量測的
目前我有在自主練跑菜單,七月月跑量16x ,八月提高到20x
一週菜單如下
星期一:八月休息,9月增加TRX課程 55分鐘
星期二:機械式重量訓練(上半身或下半身)+7-8km
星期三:機械式重量訓練+11km
星期四:機械式重量訓練+間歇跑7km
星期五:飛輪50min
星期六:配速跑11km up
星期日:LSD 18km -24km
跑步菜單是漸進式的 跑量會一直增加 直到LSD 32km
PS:我有規劃今年全馬
我現在有點迷失了
去年我有測過一次inbody
我當時是泡芙人,BMI正常,
體脂高達29.9% 整體肌肉量有點忘了 但是就是少到可悲,
所以花了將近7-8個月跑步 重訓 控制飲食。
可是,我記得去年我的左右大腿肌肉量是標準,
但是今天測出來的結果卻變成不足,我有點受到打擊了。
我承認我只有著重加以鍛鍊我上半身肌肉,
但是我並不希望我的下肢肌肉量變低啊
應該繼續這樣的課表訓練嗎?
還是我只要增加吃正確的食物就好?
請各位先進指教。謝謝!
