早餐:全麥吐司抹果醬*2 無糖豆漿一杯(有考慮要不要加1-2顆茶葉蛋)
午餐:員工餐廳自助餐
晚餐:一般中式外食
其他:在辦公室有時候偶爾嘴賤會偷吃一點零食,偶爾辦公室會去吃大餐
日常作息時間:半夜12-1點多睡,早上7點多起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
無
之前午晚餐都要喝一杯七分糖以上的手搖飲 宵夜、垃圾食物吃爽爽,7月時心血來潮量了一
下體重,99公斤(不破百是我自己的底線),發覺再不減肥未來要減只會更痛苦,所有下定
決心開始減肥。
由於本肥宅非常懶,所以一開始由飲食控制著手,戒手搖飲和宵夜兩個月後體重從99減到92
,但是體態只是由懷胎6個月->5個月的差別,看來還是逃不掉運動了。
問了兩個有在健身的朋友,朋友A表示我這身材去健身房是浪費錢,叫我在平時在室內把體
能自己練好一點再去;朋友B則建議我直接去買健身房的教練課(他不是健身房業務) 表示
花錢請人幫忙規劃和教學比較省事 而且錢花了也比較不會偷懶,想請教一下各位版友是否
建議像我這種沒運動底子的肥宅一開始就去健身房?
