我本身是一個很容易抽筋的人...
目前正在第四週 (因為生病還有一些事已經辣掉一整周.....)
到今天為止已經跳第三次 Cadio Abs了....
每次跳完Pure Cadio接著跳之後
我的小腿就開始發出警訊了...
果不其然 剛開始的跳躍動作沒多久
我小腿就已經是完全接近抽筋狀態了..
害我都不敢繼續跳下去.. 直接等腹部運動了Orz...
請問大家會這樣嗎><...
有沒有什麼方法可以改善啊Orz...
順便想問腳很容易抽筋是哪裡出問題啊.... ><
