關於慢跑的速度 - 健身

小弟最近迷上慢跑 減脂
這陣子也買了FT7心跳錶
測心跳都維持在160~165左右
心跳一直降不到130~140
這樣減脂效果好嗎?
但我已經用最慢速度去跑了
然後加快一點 心跳還是差不多
這樣的話 哪種速度對於減脂會比較好呢
是跑的越長越有效 還是看時間長短
目前都跑一休一 一次都約1小時左右
也不知道跑多遠 都繞著操場跑
請高手解答
