從星期一開始做版上有名的Insanity
但從Fit test做完開始 我的小腿後側就一直覺得酸痛
是不是我應該要在做Insanity前 自己先拉筋
還是做完除了他的拉筋之外 自己還要另外拉?
或者有什麼方法可以讓小腿不要這樣酸通 感覺很硬?
還有 我想請問大家 大家都有辦法跟上所有的動作嗎?
有好幾組動作我根本做不了 像有一組是有做伏地挺身 我根本起不來
像這種狀況 大家都會怎麼辦呢?
而且每次Shaun一直喊用core用力 但是我就感覺不到我的肚子在用力阿....
還是我就繼續做 會越來越好呢?
