各位巨巨大家好,
前陣子在X動X蛋X的網站上,
買了msg的乳清和pb2巧克力花生粉,
那時看了peeta葛格的推(ㄧㄝˋ)薦(ㄆㄟˋ),

感覺cp值不錯,剛好之前的也喝完就順勢下訂,
但比例不知道怎麼配比較順口,
之前沒有喝過無調味的蛋白粉,
自己是25克蛋白粉加10克巧克力花生粉加250豆漿
喝起來普普通通,不好不壞
希望有人願意分享合適的比例,
讓初學者快速長肌肉~
