吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:雜糧饅頭一個+無糖豆漿300ml+水煮蛋一顆
午餐:(1)雜糧饅頭一個or五穀飯半碗到一碗+燙青菜200~300G+水煮蛋一顆+
水煮去皮雞胸肉200G
晚餐:跟午餐差不多
其他:偶爾會把水煮蛋換成香蕉,有時候沒有自己燙青菜會去自助餐買青菜,有考慮運動
前後要不要也吃個香蕉或是補充點什麼…

早上0800起床
約2400~0100睡覺

真的下定決心減肥是十天前的事情,以前沒有什麼運動習慣,所
以等於完全沒有運動,這段時間就幾乎照我上面說的菜單吃,還有運動而已,下禮拜一開
始會去健身房,希望一年可以瘦到剩下60公斤,請各位給我點建議,因為我有時間,所以
一個禮拜安排七天運動也沒有問題
有信心控制自己不碰飲料炸物
預計一天會去兩次健身房還沒有安排訓練菜單
請問一天去兩次會太操嗎?一次約2~3小時
