體脂降了,體態沒什麼變 - 健身

我有個小小疑問想問各位大大
這兩個月來
我努力運動
慎選食物、斷絕甜食
把原本的一週2-3天重訓
改成1天重訓2-3天有氧
(甚至有時候不重訓)
一個禮拜會有2-3天16/8斷食
最近量了體脂肪
下降4% (30%>26%)
但是體重
上升了3kg(101>104)
我那麼重的體重
不是應該體脂跟體重一起下降嗎
就算長肌肉應該也沒那麼扯吧
我朋友說我可能滿肚子大便
這有可能嗎...

小白菜-蛋-雞胸肉炒黃瓜
基本上都是這幾樣菜在變
偶爾會煮鮭魚
沒有煮的時候會去買鹽水雞
基本上都買
雞胸肉、龍鬚菜、高麗菜、魚豆腐
四季豆、等等幾樣在吃
不加佐料
不然會去小七吃茶葉蛋、無糖豆漿
熱狗、微波食品的BBQ棒棒腿、雞肉串等
一天會吃一把無調味堅果
一杯美式咖啡(有時候會加一點點椰子油
大概這些
