NTC app算重訓還是有氧阿? - 健身

我是女生 因為不想花錢上健身房 但又想運動
跟朋友聊天時意外發現這個NTC app
不用花錢 又可以在家自己練
每個動作最長1.5分鐘 富變化不單調
每天在家跟著做 每次30分鐘
目前都維持在初階者的level 已經連續一個多禮拜
總是10分鐘就可以讓我全身大汗 超有成就感
也因此讓我注意均衡飲食和補充足夠的水分
今天才忽然有個疑問 NTC算是有氧還是重訓呢?
如果針對腹部和臀背部 是不是比較建議跳鄭多燕呢?
爬文後發現很少人討論
不知道有沒有人可以分享一下心得 >"<
