power clean後,棘上肌酸痛 - 健身

自去年六月通過怪獸老師的肌力與體能教練測試後,對於科學化訓練產生了很大的興
趣,也拿自己的身體當第一個試驗品。從一開始拿空槓就覺得很重,到現在前蹲舉6rm可
以到100kg ,後蹲舉6rm可以到130kg.
這半年期間大約每一到兩週至少會練習一次power clean . 每次都是用50kg做2 到 3
組 每組連續8~10下。
我的問題是,每次做完clean的隔天開始,棘上肌都會酸個3~4天。不知道是否各位也
會如此?我自己是在懷疑是否clean不夠由下肢帶動導致?或者是因為我都沒練上肢,所
以上肢太弱了XD
不知道各位做clean會酸哪邊呢?
