之前開始騎x-bike,一天45分鐘25公里
經期休息,運動以外的時間就是正常吃正常睡正常唸書
固定時間量了幾個月體脂降了差不多3%
但是從固定運動之後就開始進入一個總是很餓的狀態......
我也不是吃仙女餐
早餐就早餐店吐司隨便點不加醬料,中餐晚餐都吃一個便當的量

三餐我都正常吃了還是超餓的!!!!!!
如果要吃三餐以外的食物又覺得罪惡感深重
目前是吃蘋果一顆
有時候會去7-11夾白蘿蔔+水煮蛋
或買無糖豆漿or饅頭夾蛋
養成運動習慣之後
一整個搞得自己好像青春期登大人的胃Orz
我好痛苦阿~~~~
好想吃燒烤火鍋吃到飽Q口Q!!!!!!!!!!!!
