在健身房運動已經半年了,一周七天,一次至少一小時,沒事就不中斷。
時至今日,也算是有點小成果,體重也減了一些。
不說廢話,運動對我來說絕對是必要的,
但是我一直都是「逼著自己運動」,而不是滿心情願而歡喜的去運動。
這會使得運動變成一種壓力。
比如,我比較喜歡早上運動,因為完成後,一整天都是輕鬆的,晚上也會有自由時間;
換作是晚上運動的話,整天都會覺得有壓力,一直到晚上運動完才鬆一口氣。
我知道,如果把運動換成自己比較喜愛的球類,情況很可能就會改觀。
但是很可惜的,我目前最需要、而且最方便從事、最便宜的,就是一個人有氧加重訓,
諸如一個人騎健身車、一個人踏踏步車或飛輪等,
而且這些事就算變成兩個人、或者是大家一起做(每天),也不會變得比較有趣。
聽音樂的效果有限,看書很難專心,看電視的話...也要剛好是自己喜歡的節目。
不知道有沒有人跟我是一樣的情況?
