我認為
過胖者還是不該貿然狂跑
循序漸進,而且每次跑完至少觀察身體幾天
再決定要不要保持或增加份量,又或著減少
誠然,用進廢退
適當的訓練是讓身體強化的唯一途徑
但何為適當?
健身也講求適當訓練
訓練過度不但無法使肌肉成長,還會慢性傷害
試想肥胖的主要原因是甚麼?
不就是吃多又少動嗎?
假設當一個人,原本活動量適中,體重也適中
當他開始"坐式生活"又不另外找時間運動時
膝蓋和週圍組織因所剩壓力減少而退化(上文觀點)
體重則逐漸增加肥下去
後來有一天他受不了了,決心以跑步來減肥
但這時,他要以退化的膝蓋負擔起增加很多的體重
在膝蓋所受衝擊不只體重1倍的情況下
此時毫無疑問是非常容易受傷的,所以跑步是傷膝的
跑步會傷膝蓋的論點,應該是來自於這種邏輯判斷
我想也不能說全錯
只是在於條件不同罷了
