其實我原本指的是這個網頁裡圖七圖八的動作
原本啞鈴側平舉是圖五圖六的動作
但是這個動作當你作做到一定重量的時候 肩關節的負擔很大
尤其那個圖還只是手臂彎曲
有時候會看到有人是整個手伸直的
不只肩關節負擔大 肘關節也很可憐......
我在健身房是有看到有人作圖七圖八的動作
不過我個人是做a大的第一個連結的動作
因為我覺得圖七圖八 你的背部需要用力hold住讓身體不會往前傾
對脊椎也是個負擔(像用硬舉練闊背也是 所以我都用單臂划船來練闊背)
至於a大的第二個連結
我是認為那個角度有點抬太高了
而且斜方肌也會用比較多的力量
我斜方肌會另外用聳肩來練
