1、在人的體內,蛋白質跟醣類會結合很多水。
瘦肉約70%的水份、組織液也很多水、脂肪織組也有點水但不多...
所以1個1天消耗2000大卡的人,整天不吃不喝最多可以減『重』2公斤
=> 這2公斤=75%水+25%蛋白質及醣類
2、每公克澱粉可吸附20~40公克的水,也就是說它可以抓20倍以上的水...
所以生米煮飯,熟成的飯的體積是生米的1~1.5倍(吸水啊...)
所以煮湯炒菜芶芡加一點澱粉就可以增加黏稠度(吸水啊...)
所以泡N穀粉,剛泡還看得到水,過了一下子就變稠狀(吸水啊...)
所以泡燕麥片,剛泡還看得到水,過了10幾20分鐘就看那杯變膏膏的(吸水啊...)
吸水啊~吸水啊~吸水啊啊啊......
體內存那麼多水,體重不變重才怪!╮(﹀_﹀")╭
水往低處流....腫下半身也是剛剛好....╮(° □。)╯
但這類的短暫水腫不代表是變肥或變胖...╮(′~‵〞)╭
多運動流些汗、泡個熱水澡、喝它幾杯咖啡、泡個幾杯茶、少吃過鹹的食物、
多吃些利尿排水的食材........................................
啊不就排掉了?!= =
澱粉不是讓人發胖的主因,重點在製程中加的油、糖、鹽...有的沒的添加物...
減重≠減肥(眼神死)
