本來想發新文問的 但沒想到2020就有人詢問過這醫生的療法,所以直接回應這篇討論
此療程 4+2R減肥法 要搭配他們的營養品 一套一萬五 (內容物很像有 蛋白粉 維生素
益生菌之類的)
最大賣點是不用運動 不用重訓也可以達到增肌減脂的效果
