ex.全身 上身 下身 胸背 肩手
然後你就可以看到下面的各肌群分別會列在
no training, growth, specialization中
其中growth表示該肌群當日安排一個動作,specialization則是兩個動作.
就可以得出一週每日課表,左邊有個sneak peek的縮圖可以看他們怎麼安排動作順序
組數重量週期化視個人需要,最簡單的是六週一週期,
第一週每個動作二組,第二三週每個動作三組,第四五週每個動作四組,第六週deload
或是你也可以買他們的template,裡面有更精緻的週期化設定,
也可以完全自選想要列入specialization的肌群。
