subway第26天 - 健身

自從上次PO文後,
我仍然持續著每天吃subway的生活,
不過有針對板上前輩們的建議調整了飲食的量與習慣。
原先我每天早上吃一個饅頭加一杯無糖豆漿,
現在我每天早餐會多加一樣主菜,
例如今天早上吃的是牛腱肉、昨天早上吃的是洋蔥炒蝦仁。
晚上就把主菜拿掉,只吃飯跟兩樣蔬菜。
最近工作多,偶爾會有腦袋缺氧的感覺,
所以下午會追加半瓶優酪乳,
熱量大概是250 kcal
在不運動的情況下,
這樣的食量能保持我每天睡醒的體重差不多,
變化都在0.1、0.2上下,
我想我應該是有吃夠了。
接下來就是靠不斷的游泳把熱量消耗掉,
過去一個半月,我用掉18格回數票,
瘦了3.5kg,現在飲食正常一點,
再來看看游泳能發揮多大的效果了。
