上周轉台時偶然看到劉乂鳴醫師的專訪
他採用的是1周7餐的間歇性斷食,其中一周有兩天完全不吃
但是吃的時候就不限制吃的內容 澱粉炸物什麼的都可以吃
另外再搭配一周三次高強度運動 有氧1小時加重訓
不知道有沒有人嘗試過這種型態的瘦身?
