有看過X-BIKE 阻力和膝蓋問題
因為膝蓋有些不舒服
因為一直以來以高阻力低轉速騎
低阻力高轉速有差別
哪種不傷膝蓋
還有 心跳數 是一開始就要 120~150
還是可以慢慢上去有達到就好?
