上星期剛入手的19807粉色一台
因為要帶小孩的關係,沒有太多的時間可以運動
所以我每天大約只能用空檔踩個20分鐘
或許是因為格外珍惜這能運動的20分鐘
所以我總是死命地踩,如下
阻力3
轉速35左右
時間20-22分
距離約12-13km
心跳145-160之間
卡洛里約300
我想請問這樣的強力是不是稍強了些
因為昨天一騎完,滿身汗不說,還揣到不行,立刻去洗澡
一直到洗好後(約過20分了),還直覺得氧氣不太夠,頭有些暈
大約再過20分後(也就是40分鐘後)才恢復正常...
