X-bike膝蓋問題 - 健身

有爬過文也看過精華區了!
我用X-bike都調阻力3,踩到時速30~35左右,
每天踩,一次約四十分鐘
但是膝蓋常常覺得不太舒服,癢癢痛痛的,
試過X-bike可調的各種高度,
踩到最下面的時候膝蓋有微彎,上來的時候膝蓋也沒超過腳掌
也有穿鞋...
也有想是不是有內八或外八所以也有換姿勢踩
但還是都不太舒服到後面都不敢踩太快
請問我還能改變什麼?
買個護膝會比較好嗎?
我有盡量用大腿的力量帶動整隻腳,可能還不夠盡量?
麻煩大家告訴我改進方向,
怕買了護膝沒用以後也沒機會用..
