想請問大家...健身車使用後需要每次都將阻力歸零嗎?!
會不會有所謂的疲乏?!
另外,我覺得我的阻力不是挺準的(剛買來就這樣),可以自己調整嗎?!
原因如下:
型號19805,阻力5,轉速30=>心跳110~120
他牌健身車,阻力2,轉速30=>心跳110~120
我用差不多的體力負荷去騎,實際感受的阻力也是差不多,
但不同廠牌的阻力也差太多等級了吧?!(一個2, 另外一個5)
