大家好~第一次在PTT發文
已經去健身房自主訓練兩年
一直以來都外食,靠挑選食物飲控(沒在精算熱量)
這個暑假很認真跑健身房。稍微有點成果,體型更fit了。回首這兩年身材的確有進步只
是很緩慢
家人看到我變瘦,認可健身帶給我的轉變,在親戚朋友面前也會說因為她去健身所以變瘦
的呀~
甚至他們自己也都新加入健身房。那時候真的很開心自己喜歡做的事有被認可,也幫助到
身邊的人的感覺~

爸爸進一步鼓勵我去找教練。經過一些評估後,我找了教練,主要訴求是:體態變好,完
整跑一次增肌期減脂期
因為好想有效率地進步,但自己真的不敢亂增,很怕訓練強度沒有跟著上去或亂吃,之前
好不容易減掉的脂肪都增回來
教練這陣子剛給增肌ㄉ訓練菜單跟飲食建議
剛開始嘗試兩天,但真的沒想到
家人看我開始自己秤重備餐吃飯,說的是
「這是在增肥不是增肌吧」
「怎麼會有人一天要吃五餐」
「你是不是跟錯教練啊」
「搞得跟行軍一樣」
「肚子已經凸出來了啊等下還要吃飯」(剛灌完整杯水)
「蛤什麼你白飯今天就吃完了?那超多欸」
「你吃這個沒營養啦」(還邊吃鱈魚香絲邊說)
我自己也很害怕變胖呀,沒有人喜歡自己腫腫的吧!所以才要找人幫忙我,我原本相信我
的教練,原本相信增完減完可以更漂漂亮亮,可是你們不相信我了(邊爬樓梯上樓邊泛淚

健身帶給我很多
它是我理想生活清單第一個毫不猶豫寫上的項目
我真的好期待和教練配合能帶給我的變化
但今天還是小受傷
我知道家人給的回饋可能是因為相關知識落差
目前不論訓練或飲食也根本就還沒開始執行可看出變化
只是原本最支持的人在最初的起點就不看好
還是小難過
想問大家之前有類似經驗嗎、又是怎麼調適的
