「鹹酥雞減肥」降9%體脂 犬系男友瘦身成功卻遭嗆肌肉變小

24歲「犬系男友」Robert洪仕晟以YouTube點閱逼近千萬之氣勢推出新書《斷食低碳全攻
略》,他坦言從變成網紅開始,最常被網友酸:「怎麼突然變胖或是肌肉變小!」前後被
酸民影響了近2年,有次他體脂不到10%,自認腹肌很明顯,結果卻有網友私訊他:「感
覺還很胖耶!」好在洪仕晟性格樂觀,認為網友要怎麼講是他們的事,若回嘴,只會讓負
能量無限循環。
洪仕晟研究及親身實驗過多樣減肥方法,包括斷食與低碳、生酮、純 肉、蔬食、水果、
外食飲食等,有如健身界的神農氏般親身實驗各種減肥方式,最特別的是,他曾嘗試另類
的鹹酥雞減肥,並搭配一日一餐的間歇性斷食,確保在重量訓練及熱量赤字下,每天吃到
足夠的蛋白質,在短短2個月內,體脂從19%下降至10%,但缺點是因油炸食物,容易會
長痘痘。
減肥結束後的維持期,他通常會點豆干、百頁豆腐、滷蛋、三份鹹酥雞、雞排與綠豆沙牛
奶,「這些食物按照網路上查的到的熱量計算,全部熱量加起來頂多3000大卡,卻能讓自
己有滿足感又不會熱量超標,但要注意的是,若在傍晚吃鹹酥雞,隔天早上容易水腫。」
他也曾每天走42公里,連續走3天,「當時想急速減脂,就用這樣極端方式燃燒熱量,本
來以為可能走完會累,但睡醒來又是一尾活龍,沒想到,第四天起床的時候腳痠痛到不行
,有如腿負擔了千斤重般,於是就再也沒有這樣瘋過了。」
他說在執行間歇性斷食2、3年後,開始嘗試長時間斷食,第一次是3天,之後都是2至7天
,幾次後就發現背部幾乎沒有痘痘了,只剩下一些痘疤,實驗後發現有大幅改善。他深信
多數人都有過暴飲暴食的經驗,突然覺得餓,或是想吃東西,於是就吃了一堆,可能還停
不下來,回過神才發現冰箱跟零食櫃都快被清空了,因此,要對暴飲暴食的觀念有認知,
與明白自己維持體重的熱量相當重要,避免自己吃了很多不必要的食物。
