一些練背的問題想請教 - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟是個粗學者,有些問題想請益一下
在拉單槓的時候,正手跟反手主要差在二頭以及闊背的比例
不過除了一般平常常看到的拉法之外,偶爾也會看到有人是往脖子後面的方向拉
這樣的差別是在哪裡呢??因為我試著這樣做感覺脖子很不舒服
另外就是在做

我是盡量上身打直
不過那天看到有別人在教學時他是讓他往後傾的拉
請問哪種方法是比較正確的呢??
