最近打算利用16/8斷食來減脂
不過有一些疑問想釐清一下
1.斷食需要吃到跟一天三餐一樣的熱量嗎?
例如我是吃tdee-500 斷食須要吃到這樣嗎?
還是有吃飽就好
2.如果不用吃到跟一天三餐一樣的熱量
這樣沒問題嗎
不會因為吃太少而導致代謝下降很快嗎
