減肥新手這樣的方式可以嗎? - 健身

各位前輩好,小弟目前是大學生,從前沒有減肥過,鑒於身體越來越大隻,想開始試著減肥
有稍微爬過板上的文章,目前的打算是採用間歇性斷食,進食時間控制在早上8點至下午4點,不採用午晚餐方式的原因是不吃早餐身體會不舒服
關於吃的東西,目前打算將飲料徹底戒掉只喝水,連無糖茶類都不碰,甜食餅乾糕點等等也都禁止,盡量少吃米飯白麵、水果,多吃蛋、青菜、肉
運動的部分,我原本是每天晨跑1小時+夜跑1小時,但發現膝蓋這樣受不了,打算改成每天晚上8點快走1小時就好,之後再慢慢提高強度
作息方面,我約晚上12點前睡覺,最晚不超過1點,早上7點半起床
目前還不考慮上健身房,想先從培養良好飲食習慣與規律運動做起
請問大家,對於減肥新手來說,這樣的方式還可以嗎?
