一休減脂90天菜單? - 健身

不好意思想請問一下
本人身高163 體重49 在標準範圍上
今天剛量過體脂 去年還是是22 結果今年飆到25
(八成是都外食 加上一星期至少一餐以上有魯肉飯Orz
所以想先改善飲食
而雖然知道一休因訓練方式板上並不是很推崇
看過他的減脂餐一天會吃到4顆蛋…
(一天四顆蛋不會太多嘛@@)
故來板上詢問是否有較好或者是推薦的減脂餐
也不希望餓到自己><
