最近正在努力減肥,除了飲食控制以外,就是間歇運動了。
附帶一提,這裡說的飲食控制,是利用計算每天基代熱量,減少碳水化合物攝取,
增加蛋白質與蔬果攝取,基本上很少吃白米飯、麵條、麵包。
間歇運動我是參考一休的那四個姿勢,每次三組做完我都覺得要升天了,
很快地兩個禮拜後,也瘦了將近兩公斤。
因為我的時間真的很有限,禮拜一到五只能抽兩天出來,一天不超過一小時。
加上週休二日,所以一個禮拜等於只有四次的訓練。
我想詢問,
1. 如果我不只是想減肥,還想要鍛鍊肌肉,藉由間歇運動可以達到目的嗎?
2. 如果只做間歇運動不夠,還是把間歇運動次數減少,改成在家徒手健身呢?
