三餐內容
早餐:白飯1.5碗+2份青菜+白豆皮1份+米踢1份
(早餐的白飯用的碗是一般外面裝麵線的小碗(非保麗龍),老闆都會添滿,
所以早上的白飯應該有1.5碗)
午餐:白飯1碗+2份青菜+豆腐+蘿蔔絲炒蛋1份
晚餐:白飯1碗+2份青菜+番茄豆腐1份+菜補蛋1個
其他:水一天兩罐寶特瓶起跳2000CC*2
運動完500CC豆漿
日常作息時間:晚上兩點睡,早上9點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:1.每天la-fit健身車60分鐘,阻力6,轉速33~37,心跳數約148~165左右
2.8KG啞鈴一組左右手各20下做3組+伏地挺身一組20下做3組
+仰臥起坐一組30下做3組+搖擺鈴6分鐘,共約30分左右
我的問題:每天大概都是這樣的作息,這一個多月除了偶而有一兩天被女友抓去吃消夜...
(沒辦法,女友肚子餓一直喊,再來就用眼淚攻勢= =")
我想問的是,我每天這樣吃OK嗎?我是覺得每餐都吃飽不會餓,也不太會想再去吃什麼,
但從上個禮拜體重就一直卡在91.8~92.8之間徘徊,我想應該是停滯期!!!!!!
想問的是,如果要突破停滯期,那我應該要加重運動量嗎?還是要修改菜單?
