三餐內容:
早餐:優格一碗 搭配蜂蜜跟水果
午餐:白飯一碗(壓抑自己想再吃一碗的衝動) 肉類吃雞腿一隻的分量 炒青菜一小盤
飯後一樣吃水果 通常是一根香蕉或醫科蘋果
晚餐:半碗飯 配青菜 去皮的雞肉也是約一隻雞腿份量
其他 :完全不吃任何零食或是含糖飲料 只喝水
減肥開始前半年紅白酒喝得很兇 現在都很節制 一個禮拜頂多三四口
日常作息時間:早上9點起床
最近總是失眠都要到1:30至2:00才能入睡
以前不會 原因不明
生活型態: 等當兵前 基本上在家讀書

運動習慣:
每天花半小時固定先重訓 一百下仰臥起坐(無法連續) 剩餘的時間做伏地挺身(約30下)
在樓下公園慢跑 我沒有工具可以測心跳 不過都是以自己能不間斷,可以持續跑的前提
努力跑四十分鐘 速度應該落在時速8公里附近 (偶爾跑跑步機所以大概知道)
每天做不中斷 已經一個半月
我的問題:
大四一年對自己的健康完全的放棄 每天熬夜跟朋友鬼混吃消夜喝酒樣樣來
運動真的趨近於零 有的也只是騎腳踏車去學校 很近
光大四一年胖了12公斤 不過由於體重還在正常值 家人朋友也都覺得還是不胖
所以也不以為意
但是在畢業前回家裡無聊,到附近跟朋友打網球
沒想到!!!
完全的無法,完全跟不上,大概是在一兩個得分的跑動裡就完全受不了
連朋友都覺得誇張
為了找原因再去量了體脂肪 上一次是在畢業前25但是我沒概念不以為意
28.8 體重那時77
我後來上網查了一下才知道嚴重性 為了避免是自己眼花 也有去別家量
都差不多 覺得自己太扯
在當兵前決定好好練一下 免得進去完全跟不上 (小弟常備役)
小弟自認對自己想做的事還算認真
飲食自然不用說 澱粉的攝取(尤其是白飯)比以前少很多
飲料我一直以來除了酒跟水是不喝的 零食也是不吃
開始調整作息,訂下運動時間,目標,每天維持紀律...
一個半月來也覺得身體好些了 應該有轉好才對
結果昨天去量
27.9
還被藥妝的店員虧 真的是....
超級超級的失望
第一次在這發文 無非是想真心請教
到底是哪個環節出問題?
是作息?還是運動強度?我是不是該買個測心跳的?
或是我的菜單還是運動根本就出錯?
還是我根本就太急了 這個速度很正常?
拜託給我一點方向 好迷惘阿~~~ 那些該死的脂肪怎麼還在我身上~~~
