從暑假一半開始運動瘦身
但還是吃的很健康
除了晚上不吃澱粉 早中餐都是想吃什麼就吃
有時候中午還會跟同學朋友外出吃飯
每天晚上六點到九點去健身房運動
先做有氧運動(跑步/滑步機)
再做重量訓量
之前一直覺得重量訓練會變很壯
但是經過一個多月做一些手臂的訓練
開學之後大家都說手變細了 很開心
一個月大概又一個禮拜 瘦了四公斤
減肥跟飲食控制才是減肥的最好方法!
要健康!
