剛搬到新的地方發現運動中心蠻近的,
索性就去玩玩看,
畢竟比起路跑真的比較舒適也比較不會被打擾,
而且還可以重訓~~~
但是遇到一個問題:
健身房的計費方式是50元/小時,
超過就再多算一小時的錢。
自己的運動習慣通常都是至少跑30分鐘,
如此一來重訓時間大概只剩20-25分鐘,
覺得根本做不了幾種,
大概一種-兩種然後拉個筋時間就到了,
但又覺得兩個小時真的太久也太貴,
最理想的時間應該是1.5小時吧!
想跟大家討論是否會遇到這樣的問題呢?
通常一小時的時間都會怎麽分配?
還是大家都會乾脆買兩小時呢?
(目前一週約去2次,
另外會有一天去上飛輪,
折算下來一堂200元,
覺得一週花在運動300元已經很多了~)
