三餐內容:
早餐:
少糖豆漿配菜包
燕麥配茶葉蛋
少糖豆漿配地瓜
午餐:
沙拉配茶葉蛋(通常)
一般便當
晚餐:
自己煮
雞胸肉or地瓜 配玉米筍配紅蘿蔔
有時候會漢堡肉配玉米筍紅蘿蔔
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
平常11點多睡,早上七點起床
生活型態:
學生
健康狀況:是
運動習慣:
一週運動三到四次
每次都跑步30分鐘跑兩公里
之後開始重訓
重訓有拉背、推胸、腹部
以及二個腿部分的機械器
我的問題:
已經實施一個月了,
作弊餐也很少吃,大約一個禮拜一次
六日都是吃家裡父母煮,以吃菜為主
平日跟上面介紹一樣
在運動前體重為64.5
一個月了還是一直在64上下跑
有時候63,有時候64
知道要看體脂比較準,
但體重幾乎沒變到底為什麼?
體態方面好像也沒感覺差異太大
想請問我的菜單有問題嗎
