三餐內容
早餐:麥味登的鮮蔬pita(看心情有時加起司),山藥薏仁漿
午餐:自製的減肥火鍋,裡面大概有的是香菇、玉米/玉米筍、竹筍、洋蔥、豆腐、蒟蒻
加上約1/3的高麗菜(或其他相同份量的菜),搭配我媽煮的一些肉類,半碗飯
晚餐:自製的減肥火鍋,裡面大概有的是香菇、玉米/玉米筍、竹筍、洋蔥、豆腐、蒟蒻
、晚上會加紅蘿蔔,以及約1/3的高麗菜(或其他相同份量的菜),搭配我媽煮的一
些肉類,半碗飯
吃飯時,會先吃完青菜,再吃其他配菜
其他︰兩天會吃一顆蘋果吧,我蠻喜歡吃蘋果的
說是這樣說,不過我大概一個禮拜,就會剛好有一次機會去吃吃到飽XD

日常作息時間:從七月開始的作息
早上約八點起床,晚上約十一點就累了,不過都十二點多才睡
現在儘量晚上七點就開始吃飯
生活型態︰沒工作的人
運動習慣:從7/13才開始固定每天運動
8/1量了inbody,教練建議後我開始天天重訓+有氧的日子
固定一天上半身+軀幹重訓 之後有氧
隔天 下半身+軀幹重訓 之後有氧
大概一個禮拜休息一天,八月剛好休了四天
有氧我選擇腳踏車,選擇機器上"fat burn"的按鈕,阻力它會幫我調整
心跳數約130以上
重訓約一小時,有氧也一小時
如果有空,會再去上瑜珈課一小時

一個月過去了,體重沒有減輕,甚至應該反而增加了
這就是因為我所謂的長肌肉了嗎? 那甚麼時候才會開始往下掉呢
我已經停滯三四個月了@@
inbody結果,我肌肉多了2.8kg (56.1→58.9)
體脂率少了2.3% (28.3→26.0)
基礎代謝率也些微上升到了1896.1
這樣我每天吃到2000大卡,ok嗎? 還是需要再吃多一點呢?
謝謝大家的熱情推文,所以雖然我待會要下高雄,還是趕快去拍了照片
(另一方面是怕大吃大喝,破壞了這一個月練的成果XD)

感覺我身體是在進步中的,也變成了"健筋型"
不過這次測量,我"腿"是發達,而"臂"只是正常
那我該多加強手臂的重訓嗎?
因為我也發現得出來,腿的重量是越加越重了,Leg press已經加到75kg
但是手的重量還在15~25kg 左右,一直上不去
可是再加重下去,我就做不起來了,不知道該怎麼加強才好呢@@
