一個月想瘦2公斤 - 健身

BMI:30~35
體脂率:37 (在公司保健室測的 因為從小就有打球的習慣 所以以前8x公斤時 都會被
認為大約7x公斤 現在9x公斤 大家也都猜8x公斤 所以我體脂這麼高我還蠻訝異的
請問身高體重一樣的體脂就會一樣嗎?因為體脂量測不是只輸入身高然後量體重就得到體
脂率了)

三餐內容
早餐:培根蛋吐司+7-11瑞穗零/低脂牛奶
午餐:正常吃 公司套餐(乾麵/水餃加湯(大滷/貢丸) or 便當..等等)
晚餐:7-11光合三明治+一杯杯搖茶飲料 (半糖)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:晚上12:00睡覺 早上8:00起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:一個禮拜3~4次 一次4000公尺左右 再加簡單重訓
我的問題:小弟目標是希望一個月可瘦2公斤左右 想先減到學生時期體重85左右
半年內達成 因為自己並無法控制自己的食慾(完全不碰炸物/飲料等等) 所以就想說
慢慢減就好 不求快速瘦身 請大家建議一個月要減兩公斤 有哪邊還需要改進
