心得分享:
一個月前(2/15)我的體重是55.2公斤,而且我的情況比較特殊是
我是在三個月內胖了五公斤= =
那三個月因為常常去找朋友,
大約九十天內吃了三次烤肉吃到飽、三次披薩、兩次肯德基、四次麥當勞
(都不是一個套餐,而是烤雞或炸雞一份好幾塊兩個人吃)
除此之外就是吃外面的便當,一天幾乎都吃兩個便當....
後來過完年之後發現不能再這樣下去了,下定決心要瘦回以前的體重
(我把以前有瘦瘦長腿的照片放在電腦桌面,每天刺激自己XD)
然後因為我的個性比較急~所以是用比較激進的方式減肥XD
一個月瘦四公斤~還頗令人滿意的~哈
不過目標是48公斤~還有三公斤要努力><
我的減肥方式是節食+運動。看起來非常正常,請大家再往下看
運動方面:
每天 跑步(跑步機) 30~40分鐘
這一個月除了MC來的第一天,每天都不間斷~
節食方面:
早餐:牛奶一杯
午餐:吃家裡煮的飯菜,大約半碗飯,然後用菜把剩下半個碗填滿
(媽媽煮的菜有肉有魚,我幾乎都會吃,但如果是炸的,就夾少一點)
晚餐:果汁一杯(6點半) ; 牛奶一杯(9點)
其他小秘訣:
1.吃飯之前,先喝湯,或是流質的東西(水也可以)
聽說這樣可以讓食物在肚子裡的時間停留短一點
而且先喝過湯可以讓你吃飯吃得比較少
2.我喝的牛奶不是鮮奶,是豐X富高鈣低脂奶粉,
而且要有益生菌調整體質、幫助消化的那一罐。
我就是喝那個解決我便秘的問題的,平均1~2天可以上一次大號。
心得:
老實說,我吃的真的很少很少= =晚上幾乎沒在吃東西
我姊本來也要有樣學樣,但是她實行一兩天之後就受不了了
昨天還對我說我真的很厲害可以不吃東西= =
不過,頭三四天很痛苦,其實後來似乎也就慢慢習慣了
習慣"餓"的感覺XD
然後,運動方面,真的就像其他版友說的~~好像有強迫症
就是不跑步就渾身不對勁= =
所以就也不會想偷懶~我想持續運動真的很重要,
尤其跑到滿身汗就會覺得很有成就感,然後感覺又要瘦了就會很興奮XD
另外提醒大家,量體重的時間最好在早上起床立刻去量
因為這是一天當中體重最輕的時候XD
這是心理戰術~看到自己體重輕了~當天又有動力忍餓和跑步了XD
最後有個問題想請問大家~我這樣算是健康瘦嗎??
很擔心複胖的問題= =~
因為以我愛吃的習性總不可能一輩子都這樣吃吧我會死掉= =
如果之後正常吃(就跟中午一樣)會復胖嗎?
