一個禮拜瘦兩公斤正常嗎? - 減肥

我是上個禮拜開始減肥的
因為看了網路上李伯X瘦身日記
開始了早餐吃的開心 午餐吃的安心 晚餐吃的傷心
晚上睡前做五十個仰臥起坐的作法
期中搭配跳國標舞(一次兩小~三小吧) 慢跑
也絕對不吃宵夜 有時候如我不覺得餓的話
晚餐甚至省略掉
結果這禮拜量體重瘦了兩公斤
從85公斤瘦到83 請問這樣算正常嗎??
我172公分 男性 19歲
